William Brian Bush, 84, of Midland, Georgia died September 5, 2020 at Columbus Hospice House.
A private funeral service was held 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Pierce Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Lynn Meadows-White officiating according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd., Columbus, GA 31907.
Brian was born April 10, 1936 in Columbus, Georgia son of the late Marvin Eugene Bush and Elizabeth Chadwick Bush. He was President of White’s bookstore and was a United States Army Veteran. He graduated from Columbus High School and the University of Georgia. He was a member of the Columbus Rotary Club for 40 years. He loved to work in his yard, sports, especially UGA Football. Other than his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Marvin Alexander Bush.
He is survived by his wife, Lauren Doughtie Bush of Midland Georgia.
