Barbara Ann Hutchins

Barbara Ann Hutchins, 80, a resident at RiverPlace Assisted Living Columbus, Georgia, passed away on April 25, 2022. She was a kind person with a quick wit, humorous, full of life and spunk.

Barbara was born February18, 1942, in Columbus, GA to the late W.O. Hutchins and Geneva T. Hutchins.

Barbara married the late James Edward Antley and raised 3 children. She remarried and had another son. Barbara was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Barbara retired from Dolly Madison Inc. after 30 plus years.

After her retirement she enjoyed flower gardening, time at the beach, traveling and spending time with her family.

Barbara leaves behind her sons, Kevin (Donna) Antley, Keith (Jackie) Antley, Ken Ludwig (Sandra) and her only daughter Kim Antley Norred (Michael Moffitt). Grandchildren, Amy Ludwig, Hilary Antley Jones (Adam) Adam Ludwig, Dalton Antley, Seth Antley, Cassidy Norred, and Dakota Antley; great grandchildren Mia, Brandon, Vanessa, Mylah, Hayden, Ellie, Barrett, Briar, Blakely, and a great granddaughter and great grandson on the way; sister Carol Louise Faulk; and numerous nephews. In death Barbara is reunited with her parents, sister Jean Maybin, brother Richard Hutchins, grandson Cody Langley, and great grandson, Logynn Ludwig.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at 11:00 am at the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home at 3847 Gentian Blvd. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, from 6:00-8:00 pm at the funeral home.

A private family interment will be held.  After the service the family will receive family and friends at the residence of Kevin and Donna Antley at 8100 Old Pope Road, Midland, GA 31820.
