William “Billy” Riley Collins, Jr., 51, of Columbus, GA died Sunday, March 7, 2021 at St. Francis Hospital.
Billy was born February 12, 1970 in Columbus, GA to William Riley Collins, Sr. and Raenelle Pritchett Collins. He was a Police officer, worked with the Marshalls Department, Medical Center and Columbus State University. He graduated from Hardaway High School in 1988 and received his Masters Degree from Columbus State University in 2003.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Pamela Collins of Columbus, GA, son, William Dozier Collins of Columbus, GA, mother, Raenelle Collins, father, William Riley Collins, Sr., uncle, Gary Collins of Columbus, GA, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
