William Ander "Andy" Webb, 69, of Columbus, GA died Friday, October 28, 2016 at Columbus Hospice House.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Wynnbrook Baptist Church with Dr. Craig Bowers and Dr. Kevin Calhoun officiating according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Church.
Mr. Webb was born July 22, 1947 in Meridian, MS, son of the late J.B. Webb and Willie Hatcher Webb. He was a Believer in Christ, very humble, enjoyed his family and was a big Alabama, Jeff Gordan and NASCAR fan. Mr. Webb worked primarily in sales at Hughes Supply also having worked at Hajocoa and Baker Supply.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Charlotte Webb of Columbus, GA; daughters, Monica Holcomb (Jed) Columbus, GA and Susan Lovell (Jason) of Midland, GA; 5 grandchildren, Anna Lovell, Abby Lovell, Andrew Lovell, Anderlyn Holcomb and Liza Kate Holcomb; mother-in-law, Thelma Bray of Columbus, GA; brother-in-law, Melvin Bray (Rowena) of Vidalia, GA and niece and nephew, Ritch Bray (Jennifer) of Jefferson, GA, Tabitha Aaron (Justin) of Vidalia, GA and 4 great-nieces.
Flowers will be accepted but those so desiring may make memorial contributions to the John B. Amos Cancer Center, 1831 5th Ave. Columbus, GA 31904.
