William Burt Raley, 41, of Phenix City, AL died Saturday, July 17, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 1PM Saturday, July 24, 2010 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Barry Danner officiating. Private interment will be held in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5 to 7PM according to the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mr. Raley was born October 29, 1968 in Columbus, GA son of Frances Raley of Phenix City, AL and the late Leon Raley, Sr. He worked for ten years as an assistant manager at Winn Dixie and then worked for two years as a Crew Leader for Rocky Branch Garden Center. He was also a member of First Assembly of God in Phenix City, AL. Other than his father, he was preceded in death by his grandmother, Annie P. Raley, his grandfather, Leon L. Raley, Sr. and his uncle (brother by adoption), Leon L. Raley, Jr.
Other than his mother, he is survived by his siblings, Richard L. Mitchell of Crawford, AL and Gerald L. Halbur of Phenix City, AL.
