William "Bill" Ray McCune, 61, of Columbus, GA died Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Midtown Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Wynnton United Methodist Church 2412 Wynnton Rd. Columbus, GA 31906 with Rev. J. Grantham and Dr. Jimmy Elder officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Bill was born December 3, 1956 in Columbus, GA son of the late Oliver Ray McCune and Kathryn Jones McCune. He worked at Synovus in Treasury Management and was a Methodist by faith. He was an avid golfer and loved spending time with his family.
Survivors include his loving wife, Melinda McDaniel McCune of Columbus, GA, daughters, Lauren McCune Weatherly (Paul) of Phenix City, AL and Molly Lee McCune of Columbus, GA, grandchildren, Clayton Weatherly and Madelyn Weatherly, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, and his animals, Dash and Millie.
