Mr. William David Graham, 87, of Columbus, GA passed away July 3, 2015 at his residence, just one week shy of his 88th Birthday.
A service celebrating his life and giving glory to God for His mercy and goodness will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, July 6, 2015 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Matthew P. Boyd officiating. Visitation with the family will begin Monday at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home, 3874 Gentian Blvd., Columbus, GA 31907. A private interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery, Columbus, GA.
Mr. Graham was born July 11, 1927 in Barbour County, AL, the last surviving child of Thomas L. and Alma Adams Graham. Mr. Graham grew up in rural Alabama and moved to Phenix City after the Army and serving in WWII. He married Jewell D. Ketchum and had two sons. He was owner (retired) of JD's Cleaners and a member of Cascade Hills Church.
Other than his parents, Mr. Graham was preceded in death by his wife of 64 years, Jewell D. Graham in May 2012.
Survivors include his two sons, Ronnie Graham and wife, Debbie and Bobby Graham and wife, Denise; seven grandchildren, Jennifer Purcell, Scott Graham, Kelly Boyd, Deanna Robinson, Rebecca Kirk, Lisa Pruitt and Ryan Graham; two step grandchildren, Chris Jordan and Jessica Morrow and 21 great grandchildren.
