William A. Garner, 79 of Columbus, GA died Monday, June 18, 2012 at Fountain City Nursing Home.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 A.M., Thursday, June 21, 2012 at Riverdale Cemetery with Rev. John Brock officiating. According to Colonial Funeral Home, 613 14th St. Phenix City, AL.
Mr. Garner was born July 3, 1932 in Columbus, GA son of the late John W. Garner and Cora Layton Garner. He was retired from furniture manufacturing and had served in the National Guard.
Survivors include his sister, Elsie Smith Pate and brothers, Lynn Garner and Wayne Garner.
