William C. "Wild Bill" Embry

William C. "Wild Bill" Embry, 64, of Columbus, GA died Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at Columbus Hospice House.
A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Saturday, October 8, 2016 at the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Rev. Aubrey Carter officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Embry was born July 12, 1952 in Ft. Bragg, NC son of the late Cecil William Embry and Ima June Bonner Embry. He worked as a Maintenance Technician for International Paper Company. He loved to ride his Harley Davidson motorcycles with his friends and he also loved to travel with his best friend and wife, Maria. Mr. Embry was brave and fought a long battle with cancer.
Survivors include his best friend and wife, Maria Schuckar Embry of Columbus, GA, children, Kendal Brumfield, Angie Pace, Mick Pace (Tracy), Danny Pace, Jr. (Shannon) and Bill Pace, sister, Elaine, 20 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
