Willadeen E. Finley, 70, of Smiths Station died Saturday, December 15, 2012 at Jack Hughston Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop Ken Savage officiating. Private interment will be held in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Finley was born September 7, 1942 in Columbus, Georgia daughter of the late William C. Emory and Mattie Lee Watkins Emory. She was retired from the Bibb Mill, and in her spare time loved to sing gospel music.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald G. Finley and great grandchild, Logynn Ludwig, sisters, Merle Tart and Peggy Player and brother, Daniel Emory.
Survivors include her daughters, Mary Mathis (Steve) of Phenix City, AL and Sandra Ludwig (Ken) of LaGrange, GA; grandchildren, Nathan Wombles (Jessica), Amy and Adam Ludwig and Zachary Mathis; great grandchildren Mia, Champ and Brandon and sisters, Dorothy Jones (Dan) of Columbus, GA and Joann Butts (William) of Salem, AL.
