Billy Wayne Lovering, 79, of Columbus, GA died Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Columbus Hospice House.
A memorial service will be held 3:00 PM Friday, December 3, 2021 at Cascade Hills Church, 727 54th St. Columbus, GA 31904, with Reverend Ricky Lipp officiating. The family will receive friends one half hour prior to the service at the church.
Wayne was born July 21, 1942 in Colquitt, GA son of the late Bennie Lovering and Kate Elizabeth Bush Lovering.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Brenda Callaway Lovering; daughters, Teresa Sasser (Scot) of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, FL, Jennifer Allen (Keith) of Gainesville, GA; grandchildren, Taylor Yoraway (Tyler) of Pompano Beach, FL, Jake Sasser of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, FL, Brittany Allen of Flowery Branch, GA, Troy Allen of Gainesville, GA; and his sister, Peggy Thompson (Tommy) of Tallassee, AL.
