Virginia A. Pate Woodham, 70, of Columbus, GA died Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at Columbus Hospice House surrounded by her loving family.
Funeral services will be held 2 PM Saturday, January 16, 2010 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Aaron Baldridge officiating. Entombment will be held in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Friday, January 15, 2010 at the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Woodham was born October 16, 1939 in Bonifay, FL daughter of the late John A. Davis and AnnieLora Bolin Davis. She was a member of Calvary Freewill Baptist Church and the Columbus Chapter #261 Order of the Eastern Star. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert W. Pate and daughter, Linda D. Pate.
Survivors include her husband, John Woodham of Columbus, GA, three children, Donna Strickland and her husband, Chuck, Robert W. â
