Virginia Nadine Edwards

Mrs. Virginia Nadine Edwards, 85 of Fortson, GA died on November 20, 2022, at Columbus Hospice House.
A memorial service will be held Friday 6:00PM December 2, 2022, at the Columbus First Seventh-day Adventist Church 7880 Schomburg Rd Columbus GA 31909, with a dinner at 4:30PM prior to the service for the family at Columbus First Seventh-day Adventist Church.
Virginia Edwards was born February 21, 1937, in La Mesa New Mexico, to the late Nevell Cantrell and Olleen Thomason. She worked as A private Duty Nurse. She enjoyed watching Fox News and reading her Bible, but more than anything, she cherished moments spent with family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Virginia was a member of the Columbus First Adventist Church. In addition to attending church functions, she enjoyed handing out Christian literature.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years Eugene Rolland Edwards, and is survived by her daughters, Cathy Munson of Fortson, GA. and Deborah Gordon Presley of Knoxville, TN. Four grandchildren, Aaron Pressley, Danyelle Plot, Brandon Munson, Zachary Munson, three great grandchildren, Grayson Pressley, Neely Pressley, Rylee Plott
