Venus Heather Jackson, 38, of Phenix City, AL died Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Gentiva Hospice.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date according the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffery Heuer.
Survivors include her parents, Phillip Jackson (Debbie) and Linda Pitts Jackson, children, Logan Heuer (Jasmine), Chase Heuer and Heather Heuer, and granddaughter, Ariel Heuer.
