Tonya was born March 14, 1979 to David Paul Phillips and Patty Williams Phillips. She worked at Aflac in customer service. She loved spending time with her family, playing video games, making Christmas ornaments, playing music and watching Disney movies. She also loved butterflies and making crafts and singing.
Tonya is survived by her parents David and Patty Williams Phillips of Columbus, GA, husband of 12 years, James B. Harrington, III of Columbus, GA, son, Paul Bryant Harrington of Columbus, GA. sister, Kimberly Fay Phillips of Columbus, GA, niece, Anastasia "Ana" Celeste Kyle of Columbus, GA, grandmother Sarah Louise Williams of Columbus, GA. and aunt, Fay McNabb of Columbus GA.
