Tommy Stanton, 63, of Columbus, GA died Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Gentiva Hospice.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Tommy Bradford officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. A private interment will be held in Parkhill Cemetery according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mr. Stanton was born October 5, 1952 in Columbus, GA to the late Thomas Edwin Stanton and Elenia Jewell Clayton Stanton. He was a Pentecostal by faith and had a love for animals.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Tony Culberson.
Survivors include his brother, David Stanton, sister, Linda Williams, sisters-in-law, Theresia Culberson and Bea Stanton, several nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
