Tommy Eugene Sanders, 54, of Columbus, GA died Monday, October 19, 2009 at his residence.
Graveside services will be held 1 PM Thursday, October 22, 2009 at Lakeview Memory Gardens in Phenix City, AL with Reverend Craig Woodham officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 21, 2009 from 6 to 8 PM at McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mr. Sanders was born August 19, 1955 in Phenix City, AL son of Betty Payne Sims of Columbus, GA and the late Mervin Edward Sanders. He was a self employed heating/air and sheetmetal worker and was a member of Riverview Assembly of God.
Other than his mother, survivors include his daughter, Stephanie Moreland of Jacksonville, FL, sisters, Lorraine Beaver (Charles) of Statesboro, GA and Cathy Moreland of Jacksonville, FL, brother, David M. Sanders of Macon, GA, grandson, Alex Adames of Jacksonville, FL and niece, Candace Beaver of Statesboro, GA.
