Thomas "Tommy" Michael Horne, 61, of Columbus, GA died Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at his home.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2015, at 2:00 P.M. at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Tommy was born December 6, 1953 in Columbus, GA son of the late Foy S. Horne, Sr. and Edith Thomas Horne. Tommy enjoyed classical music and gardening.
Survivors include one brother, Foy S. Horne, Jr. (Martee) of Watkinsville, GA, nieces and nephews, Laura Horne Lowery (Harris) of Athens, GA; Foy S. Horne, III (Kadesha) of Fort Bragg, NC; Tyler Trammell Horne of Athens, GA, and Martha Summerlin Horne, of Atlanta, GA; Great-Niece and Nephew, Lily Lowery and Jack Lowery; as well as several aunts and uncles and numerous cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to Columbus Botanical Gardens, 3603 Weems Road, Columbus, GA 31909.
