Thaddeus Adam Piotroski, II, 60, of Pittsview,AL died Monday, May 24, 2010 at Vista Care Hospice at Franciscan Woods.
Mr. Piotrowski was born November 25, 1949 in Chicago, IL son of the late Lillian Phillips Piotrowski and Thaddeus Adam Piotrowski, Sr. He was a retired Captain from the U. S. Army.
Survivors include his sisters Patricia Lahti of McHenry, IL and Daphne A. Lahey of Montgomery, IL; brothers Thomas J. Piotrowski of Broomfield, CO and Anthony Piotrowski of Crystal Lake, IL.
