Terry L. Davis, 53, of Columbus, GA died Sunday, August 5, 2012 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, August 9, 2012 at Glenn Anthony Baptist Church 1109 39th St. Columbus, GA 31904 with Reverend Hank Reeves officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mr. Davis was born March 14, 1959 in Columbus, GA son of Carey E. Peters Davis of Columbus, GA and the late L. V. Davis. He was a loyal Service Manager with Carl Gregory for many years.
Other than his father, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Larry Davis and Tommy Davis.
Survivors other than his mother include his fiancé, Kelli Colwell of Columbus, GA, brother, Jerry Davis of Columbus, GA, sister, Holly Davis Nalls of Columbus, GA, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was deeply loved by many friends and family. He was always very busy; but, he always spent time with his family and friends, especially his twin brother, Jerry. He loved to travel, listen to music, and play the mandolin. He loved children and many thought of him like a father, grandfather, and he was called â
