Susie M. "Sue" Randall Debardelaben
January 28, 1929 — December 10, 2016
Susie M. "Sue" Randall DeBardelaben, 87, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, December 10, 2016 surrounded by her family. Mrs. DeBardelaben was born January 28, 1929 in Talbot County Ga. to the late Ashley J. Randall and Margaret Louise Patterson Randall. She was married to the late John Edward "Ed" DeBardelaben who preceded her in 1994. Sue was an Avon representative for more than 25 years but most of all she was a loving wife, mother, and Nanna.
Sue was a member of the New Harvest Church in Hamilton, Ga and attended Edgewood Assembly of God in Columbus, Ga.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda Page-Williams (Kelly) of Louvale, Ga. and Patricia D. Valentine of Hamilton, Ga; two sons, Clyde Lee (Janie) of Shiloh, Ga. and John Kenneth DeBardelaben of Hamilton, Ga;
Nine grandchildren, Billy Lee, Brent Lee (Jennifer), Blake Lee, Nick Page (Kimberly), Andrea Page-Turner (Jeff), Amy O'Shaughnessy (Dave), Mandy Shaw (Chris), Brandon Valentine (Janice), and Ashley Parkhurst (Kyle); nineteen great-grandchildren; and two special friends and adoptive daughters, Cissie Kee and Angela McDowell.
Sue was preceded in death by a daughter, Peggy Sue DeBardelaben; a brother, Ashley Robert Randall; and a son-in-law, Grady Page.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at the Edgewood Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Charles Hayes and Rev. Matt Rustin officiating. Burial will follow in the Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday December 13, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. at the McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd Columbus, Ga.
