Survivors include her mother, Hedwig Woodford of Columbus, GA, daughter, Tonya Chappell of Columbus, GA, son, Justin Michael Chappell of Columbus, GA, sister, Marylyn Woodford of Columbus, GA, brother, Michael John Woodford of Columbus, GA, niece, Shannon Woodford, nephew, Steven Woodford, great nieces, Julie Woodford Vargas and Airyana Woodford, and three grandchildren, Briana May, Michael Tyler Chappell, and Connor Bryce Spurlock.
