Sue Knight Smith

Sue Knight Smith, 55, of Columbus, GA passed away July 28, 2018 at her home. A Memorial Visitation will be held 6:00 - 8:00 pm Saturday, August 4, 2018 at McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Sue was born on November 11, 1962 in Clearwater, FL, daughter if the late Henry James Knight and Sally D. Primmer.
Sue was employed by Berry Global Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of plastic packaging products. She began work in 1997 as a customer service representative. When the company became Ledlow Coated Products, she transferred to the shipping and receiving department. Sue has been the production scheduler for the last six years, after the company transitioned to Berry Global Inc. She was employed for 21 years.
Sue had many hobbies including scrapbooking. Her favorite place to scrapbook was Camp Crop- A lot in Americus, GA. She also enjoyed quilting, fishing, and Alabama Football (ROLL TIDE). She was a friend to many and loved by all that knew her.
Other than her parents, she was preceded on death by her son Anthony R. M'Sadoques.
Survivors include her husband, Ronnie W. Smith of Columbus, GA; two sisters, Vicky J. Channel(Morton) of Mauk, GA, and Esther Coey(Gary) of Ashville, OH; three nieces, Shannon Channel-Smith(Ricky), Kandy S. Hudson both of Phenix City, AL, and Lisa M. Ingram of Cusseta, GA; two nephews Blake A. Smith(Taylor) of Fort Hood, TX, Brandon A Smith of Phenix City, AL; three great nieces, Alexis Smith, Hannah Ingram, and Hogan Ingram; three great nephews, Dawson Ramsey, Trevor Ramsey, and Jonathan Armijo; mother-in-law, Betty P. Smith and father-in-law, Donald W. Smith both of Columbus, GA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions honoring Sue can be made to Columbus Hospice, 7020 Moon Rd. Columbus, GA 31909.
