Suan Borders Boatner, 80 of Columbus, GA passed away Tuesday December 24, 2024 at her residence. A Celebration Of Life will be held at a later date according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Suan was born October 4, 1944 in Anniston, AL to the late Aubrey Borders and Ada Loudenia Mundy Borders. She was a retired executive secretary for Bickerstaff Brick Company / Broken Arrow Land Management Company. She was a graduate of Jordan High School in Columbus, GA.
Suan is survived by her sons: Scott Boatner (Melonie) of Hamilton, GA, Jeff Boatner (Melanie) of Phenix City, AL and Keith Boatner (Kim) of Columbus, GA. Sisters: Faye Murphy, Raye Locke, Audrey Vanyo, Sandra Crunkleton and Joan Barnes all of Columbus, GA. Grandchildren, Roger Craig Grantham II (Tori), Mitchell Dudley Grantham (Rhianna), Jack Boatner, Nathan Boatner, Will Boatner and Kayson Boatner. One Great Grandchild, Roger Craig III “Trip”
and multiple nieces and nephews.
