Steven "Steve" W. Hill, 55, of Columbus, GA, died Thursday, January 2, 2014 surrounded by his loving family.
Memorial Services will be held 3:00 PM, Sunday, January 5, 2014 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Rev. Bud Rupel and Rev. Watson McKemie officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Hill was born September 24, 1958 in Columbus, GA son of Marlene Denney Hill and the late Herman T. Hill. He was a former firefighter/EMT for Columbus, GA and a former singer for the McDaniel Hill Band. He was also an avid UGA fan.
Survivors other than his mother include his brother; Michael "Mike" T. Hill of Temple, GA, sisters; Gwynn Scott Odell (Bland), Woodstock, GA, and Cynthia "Cindy" H. Patrick, Columbus, GA, daughter; Jordyn Rachael Hill, and son; Andrew Titus Hill both of Franklin, TN, and numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.
