Shirley R. Harris, 65, of Columbus, GA died Friday, January 7, 2011 at her residence.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, January 10, 2011 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Gene Cook officiating. Interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mrs. Harris was born October 28, 1945 in LaGrange, GA daughter of the late Floyd and Francis Louise Mobley Roberts. She was the owner of Styles by Shirley and a Baptist by faith.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Harris of Columbus, GA, daughters, Lynn Scroggins of Columbus, GA, Vicky Entrekin of Columbus, GA, Rhonda Glass (John) of Roanoke, AL and Terry Munn (Larry) of Cataula, GA, son, Doug Sivell (Connie) of Valley, AL, six grandchildren, Nikki Harrison (Bradley) of Phenix City, AL, Alton Sivell of Grantville, GA, Heather Honeycutt (Joel) of LaGrange, GA, David Harris, Jr., Bill Harris and Amanda Harris, and three great grandchildren, Dixie Harrison, A.J. Honeycutt, and Isaiah Honeycutt.
