SFC (RET) Patrick “Pat” Mungo Mullis, 74, of Columbus, GA died Saturday, September 21, 2024 at Atrium Health Navicent Baldwin in Milledgeville, GA. A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, September 27, 2024 in the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory. The family will receive friends following the service.
Pat was born December 14, 1949 in Oxford, MS son of the late Paul and Mary Edith Patterson Mullis. He was a dedicated soldier who survived two tours in Vietnam and served over 20 years in the US Army. He was a loving father and paw-paw and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and writing songs.
Survivors include his son, Michael Keith Mullis (Sandra Lee Rhodes) of Columbus, GA; daughter Christina Michelle Clance (Dan) of Columbus, GA; grandchildren, Julie Paige Turner of Columbus, GA and Austin Lee Clance of Columbus, GA.
