Sara K. Harless, 84, of Columbus, GA died Sunday, January 30, 2022 at Piedmont Midtown.
A celebration of life service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Edgewood Assembly of God Church 2020 Morris Rd. Columbus, GA 31907 WITH Rev. Charles Hays officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Sara was born March 29, 1937 in Mooresville, NC to the late Walter Ray Karriker and Pearl Mae Henry Karriker. She worked at Dolly Madison, loved to cook banana bread or pudding, enjoyed gardening and clearance shopping. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers, Jack Clifton McCullen, Delmer Lee McCullen, siblings, Margaret Sue Karriker Huffman, Eben Karriker and Ray William Karriker.
She is survived by her brothers, Kernit Kenneth Karriker, James Leo Karriker, Richard Grey Karriker, Robert Walter Karriker, children, Joseph Columbus Harlee, Cynthia Denise Harless and Anthony Shawn Ang.
