Rosemary Ramos Peterson, 71, of Valley, AL died Sunday, December 30, 2018 at her home.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, January 5, 2018 at the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Father Dan O'Connell officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Peterson was born September 15, 1947 in Columbus, GA daughter of the late Rutilo and Ethel Graham Ramos. She worked as a vault teller for Wells Fargo.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Peterson of Valley, AL, daughter, Jessica Ward (TJ) of Slocomb, AL, grandchildren, Jason Ward, Matthew Ward and Michael Ward all of Slocomb, AL, siblings, Ernie Ramos (Pat) of Birmingham, AL, Emily Sagan (Daniel) and Cecilia Ramos-Turner (Wendell) all of Columbus, GA, nephew and nieces, Aaron Sagan of Redmond, WA, Alicia Welch (Royce) and Lori Varnadoe all of Birmingham, AL.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society 233 12th St. Suite 710 Columbus, GA 31901.
