Roseanne E. Dougherty, 86, of Columbus, GA died Sunday, April 10, 2016 at Phenix City Health Care in Phenix City, AL.
A private Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Anne Catholic Church 2000 Kay Circle Columbus, GA 31907 with Father Dan O'Connell officiating. A private interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery. A private Rosary will be said at McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Roseanne was born August 21, 1929 in Ontario, Canada daughter of the late John L. O'Neill and Catherine E. Duffey O'Neill. She was a homemaker and a member of Holy Family.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Neil A. Dougherty.
Survivors include her daughters, Diane Nicholson (Robert) of Macon, GA and Mary Cook (Phil) of Columbus, GA, sons, Gregory N. Dougherty (Paula) of Perry, GA and Brad Dougherty (Angie) of Columbus, GA, brother, Hubert O'Neill of Canada, 20 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made to Holy Family Catholic Church 320 12th St. Columbus, GA 31901.
