Rosalyn Carol Pendergrast Anthony, 74, Columbus, GA, died Thursday, December 12, 2013 at Columbus Hospice House.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, December 16, 2013 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Rev. Thad Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 3:00-5:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Anthony was born October 13, 1939 in Europa, MS daughter of the late James Pendergrast and Christine Carroll Pendergrast. She was a teacher for the Muscogee County School District for 34 years and was a member of Morningside Baptist Church.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her brother; James Pendergrast and sister; Sammy Pendergrast.
Survivors include Husband; Larry J. Anthony, 2 daughters; Chris Anthony Jasinski (Jim), Linda Bennett (Tyler), grandchildren; Michael and Melissa Jasinski and Parker, Reid and Paul Bennett, beloved sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law and several nieces and nephews.
