Eddie was born November 22, 1984 in Ft. Campbell, KY. He had a kind heart and loved life, his family and children. He enjoyed spending his time working on cars.
Survivors include his parents, Steve and Patty Forehand; three children, Christian, Chloe and Lydia Sizemore; three sisters, Jessica, Krystal and Nicole Sizemore; brother, Noah Forehand and several uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
