Robert Randolph, 86, of Columbus, GA died Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at Columbus Hospice House.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM Sunday, June 24, 2018 at the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Rev. Ken Lott officiating. Interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 to 3:00 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Randolph was born April 4, 1932 in Jasper, GA. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and later worked as an Electrician for the Muscogee County School District. His favorite thing to do was taking care of his yard where he grew beautiful plants and flowers for everyone to enjoy. He was a friendly and loving husband and father.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Mary Pauline Moore Randolph, son, Timothy Randolph and sister-in-law, Dorothy Grant.
Survivors include his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Peggy and Chuck Elledge of Columbus, GA, brothers-in-law, Robert Moore (Kathy) and J.R. Moore (Nelda) all of Jacksonville, FL, and numerous nieces and nephews.
