Robert Charles Jones, 75 of Columbus died Monday, December 5, 2011 at the Columbus Hospice House.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Thursday, December 8, 2011 at McMullen Funeral Home, 3874 Gentian Blvd., Columbus, GA with Rev. Mike McBride, Rev. Dudley Tye and Rev. Gary Hartman officiating. A private interment will be held in Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Jones was born April 12, 1936 in Dayton, OH son of the late Charles Elmer Jones and Joy Evelyn Himes Jones. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He was the Retail Director at Salvation Army and Valley Rescue Mission and was involved in the Menâ
