Geneva Roberson, 87, of Columbus, GA, died Sunday, November 23, 2014 at Columbus Hospice House.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, November 28, 2014 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Pastor Judy Hay officiating. Interment will be held in Ft. Benning Main Post Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday morning from 10:00-11:00 AM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Roberson was born September 6, 1927 in Union City, MS, daughter of the late Jim L. Nance and Vertis Killen. She was a homemaker.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, CW4 (Ret.) Frank L. Roberson.
Survivors include her daughter, Genell Shouse (Del) of St. Augustine, FL; son, Jimmie Roberson (Camille) of Columbus, GA; 4 grandchildren, Major Jody Shouse (Amy), Matt Shouse (Gina), Cindy Harrell (Dallas), and Shelly Pinson (Chris); great-grandchildren, Campbell Shouse, Kaeden Shouse and Caleb Shouse.
