Rickey David "Rickey Boy" Lewis, 71, of Columbus, GA died Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at Columbus Hospice House.
A celebration of life will be held 5:00 PM Friday, November 16, 2018 at the daughter, Melinda's house in Columbus, GA according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory.
Mr. Lewis was born May 10, 1947 in Columbus, GA son of the late Robert Neil Lewis and Margaret Irene Richards Johnson. He loved telling stories and making people laugh. His personality was larger than life and he was loved by all who knew him.
Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years, Joan Lewis of Columbus, GA, daughters, Melinda Snider (Bobby) of Columbus, GA and Tracey Greer (Greg) of Columbus, GA, sisters, Bobbie Whitley of Columbus, GA and Patty Lewis of Midland, GA, grandchildren, Bobby Snider, II (Genill), David Snider and Kyle Greer, great-grandchildren, Alexis Vereen, Sarah Snider, Courtnee Snider, Hartley Snider, Jaydon Snider and Remy Snider, and faithful companion, Harley.
