A private service was held Saturday, February 5, 2011 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907. Reverend Will Cole officiated.
Mr. Dodelin was born July 9, 1965 in Columbus, GA to Richard Albert Dodelin, Jr. of Fortson, GA and Lynda Livingston Walden of Silverhill, AL. Mr. Dodelin graduated from Hardaway High School in 1983, graduated from the University of Georgia in 1987, was a member of the Chi Pi Fraternity, and received his Judicial Degree from Georgia State University Law School in 1990. He was an attorney in Columbus, GA.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard A. Dodelin, Sr.
Survivors include his wife, Jill Fulerwider Dodelin of Gainesville, GA, sons, Richard Ryan Dodelin in the U.S. Air Force, Charles Julian Dodelin and Davis Morgan Dodelin both of Gainesville, GA, mother, Lynda Livingston Walden (Joe) of Silverhill, AL, father, Richard Albert Dodelin, Jr. (Jill) of Fortson, GA, brother, William Evans Dodelin of Fortson, GA, sister, Elizabeth Dodelin Lillie (Mark) of London, England, and his grandmother, Annie Beth Dodelin of Columbus, GA.
