Rex Allen King, 58, of Auburn, GA died Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Northeast GA Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Pastor Judy Hay officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
Mr. King was born May 8, 1960 in Heidelberg, Germany son of the late Joe and Barbara Mankle King. He worked as a Boiler Salesman, was an avid hunter and loved telling stories. Mr. King also loved his family and friends.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jeff King.
Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Jessica King of Auburn, GA, daughter, Kendall King of Auburn, GA, sisters, Jodina King, Cricket King both of Columbus, GA and Mink Brown (Gordon) of New York, brothers, Paul King (Barbara) of Conyers, GA and Phillip King of Cumming, GA, sister-in-law, Jane King of Texas, and numerous nieces, nephews and other family.
