Retired Maj. Timothy E. Grysztar, 65, died Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at Columbus Hospice House.

Maj. (R) Grysztar was born November 27, 1958 in Chicago, IL to the late Stanley Grysztar and Joyce Chmiel Grysztar. He served in the United States Army, as a Quarter Master Officer with Special Forces for twenty-three years before retiring. After his military duty he currently worked for Civil Service at Ft. Moore for twenty-three years as a logistic coordinator.
Survivors include his wife, Pam Hartin Grysztar and son, Casey Grysztar both of Columbus, GA.
