Rebekah Ann Curenton Caldwell, age 75, of Columbus, Georgia, departed this life on Thursday, January 26, 2017.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 2, 2017 with Barbara Starling officiating, at the gazebo of Evergreen Memorial Park, 4500 St. Mary's Road, Columbus.
Rebekah was born on November 7, 1941, in Chancellor, AL. She was the daughter of Avner Littleton and Sallie Eugenia Ingram Curenton.
In addition to her parents, Rebekah was preceded in death by her sister: Valeta Saxon Driggers, brothers: Avner Junior, Lonnie Joe, Clarence Hubert and Aaron Curenton and her daughters Robin Joy Martin and Vicky Martin Gillespie.
She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Caldwell, daughters: Rita Martin Redding and Wendy Martin Powell, several grandchildren and brothers: Jack and David Curenton.
The family is grateful for the excellent guardianship and care provided by Dr. Don Butler, Administrator, and the staff of Azalea Trace Nursing Home.
