Ralph Conway Eustace 85, of Columbus, Ga. died Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at his residence.



Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 21, 2013 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Thad Smith officiating. Interment will be held in Greenville Memorial Gardens in Greenville, S.C. The family will receive friends following the services at McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus.



Mr. Eustace was born October 6, 1928 in Calverton, VA., son of the late Rev. Robert C. and Iris Lloyd Eustace. He was a lifelong member of Morningside Baptist Church and the Men's Bible Class. Mr. Eustace made his home in Greenville, S.C. before moving to Columbus in 1967. He retired from Swift Spinning Mills and Meridas Yarns. After this retirement, he worked for the Enrichment Services and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. Mr. Eustace was a 40 year member of the Follow Me Travelers Square Dance Club and a past member of the Sons of American Revolution.



Survivors include his loving wife of 62 years; Ina Eustace, two sons; Dale Eustace and Thomas Eustace (Patty), two granddaughters; Fallon Eustace and Sarah Crouch (Paul), all of Columbus, Ga., three grandsons; Robert Eustace, of Columbus, Ga., and John and Charles Eustace of Lugoff, S.C., two great grandchildren; Emily and R.J.



The family would like to thank the nurses of Columbus Hospice for taking such good care of him the past several weeks.
