Priya D. Lal, 67, of Columbus, GA died Sunday, December 27, 2009 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held 2 PM Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Panditji Balabrahda officiating. The family will receive friends after the service according to McMullen Funeral Home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Mr. Lal was born January 14, 1942 in Gaya, India son of the late Dr. H. P. Lal and Premlata Sharan Lal. He retired from Martin Army Community Hospital as an Information Technology Specialist. He was a board member for the Indian Association in Columbus, GA. He was active in the Democratic Party in Columbus, GA. He was also an instructor at Columbus Tech and Troy State University.
