Patricia Diana Winchester, 54, of Columbus, GA died Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at her home.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, March 24, 2012 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Mike Armstrong and Reverend Chris Fortin officiating. The family will receive friends after the service at the funeral home 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Ms. Winchester was born April 23, 1957 in Ft. Riley, KS daughter of Roy N. and Maya Shimazu Turpin of Columbus, GA. She was a Special Education teacher at Cusseta Road Elementary and later Wynnton Elementary. She was a also a skilled oil painter.
Survivors other than her parents include her daughter, Alexandra Winchester (Justin) and sons, Worth Hughston Winchester and Benjamin Scott Winchester all of Columbus, GA.
She was a wonderful friend and mother and will be missed more than words can express.
