Patricia A. Penticuff Maynard, 75, of Phenix City, AL died Thursday, August 18, 2016 at St. Francis Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at a later date according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907.
Ms. Maynard was born August 29, 1940 in Albany, KY to the late James Cosby and Ruby Lucille Griffin Penticuff. She was a nurse at Columbus Regional and served in Women's Nursing Care for the Army stationed in Hawaii. Ms. Maynard attended Pine Grove Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Clyde Penticuff.
Survivors include son, Fred Maynard (Mendy) of Columbus, GA; grandsons, Jordan Maynard, and Will Maynard; brother, Gordon Penticuff (Lorraine); niece, Michelle Penticuff Oxley (Dan); nephew, Chris Penticuff (Kathy); great nieces, Micha Kandal, Kylie Penticuff and Kenzie Penticuff; and great nephews, Dylan Kandal, and Brody Penticuff.
In lieu of flowers, the family request contributions to be made to Paws Humane Society 4900 Milgen Rd. Columbus, GA 31909.
