Patricia Moncrieff Green, 75, Columbus, GA died Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Columbus Hospice House.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, January 11, 2014 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907 with Rev. Dan McMinn officiating. A private interment will be held in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Green was born February 14, 1938 in Columbus, GA daughter of the late William Archie Moncrieff and Ethel Denson Moncrieff. She was a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church, order of Eastern Star Chapter 261, and a past Worthy Matron. She was an office manager for McKession and Robbins and then retired from Wade Linen Service.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her brother; William E. Moncrieff.
Survivors include her husband; Claud Green, Jr. of Columbus, GA, daughter; Rebecca "Becky" Tew Greer and (fiancé) Greg Evans of Columbus, GA, sons; William "Billy" A. Tew (Kelsey) of Jonesboro, GA, and Bobby Green (Susan) of Columbus, GA, seven grandchildren; Gary Grafals and Bobby Grafals both of Columbus, GA, Cheryl Tew England of Durham, NC, Leslie Tew Poore of Senoia, GA, Caylin Green and Tyler Green of Smiths, AL, and Emily Greer of Columbus, GA, beloved pets; Lady, Misty, and Lexie, several great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, nieces and nephews, two sisters-in-law; Mildred Milner of Ellerslie, Ga. and Christine Rosario of Columbus, GA, brother-in-law; Duane Green of Waverly Hall, GA.
The family would like to thank the staff and care-givers of Columbus Hospice House on Moon Rd. for all that you have done for Pat and our family.
