Patricia Ann Fussell
November 29, 1948 — June 11, 2015
Patricia Ann Fussell, 66 of Columbus, died Thursday, June 11, 2015 at St. Francis Hospital. Funeral services will be held 1:00 P. M. Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Cynthia Garrard officiating. Interment will follow at Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 P. M. to 7 P. M. Monday evening at the funeral home.
Patricia was born, November 29, 1948 in Columbus, GA, daughter of the late Royce Lee and Mary Summers Hughes. She was a homemaker and a Christian by faith. Patricia was a devoted and loving mother. She was very proud of all her children and family. Being a grandmother gave her such joy. Patricia loved spending time with her family and her horses.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Warner "Frankie" Fussell, and a daughter, Frankie Nicole Fussell.
Survivors include her children, Rodney Cotton (Linda), Chris Cotton (Christa), Patrick Macon (Amanda), David Fussell (Charla), and Pamela Mitchell (Mike), a step-son Tim Fussell and a step daughter Martha Lynn Earley, a daughter in love, Michele Garnto, one sister, Martha Ferrell (Charles), and a brother, Herbert Hughes (Mary), nine grandchildren, Carolyn, Amberlee, Heather, Allison, Lilly, Haley, Cheyenne, Bentley and Emily, one great granddaughter, Laney.
