Patricia Ruth Conner, 92, of Columbus, GA passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at The Gardens at Calvary.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, September 8, 2024 in the Chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Neal Stephens officiating. The family will receive friends following the services at the funeral home, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907. A private interment will be held Monday, September 9, 2024 at Lakeview Cemetery.
Patricia was born Wednesday, March 2, 1932 in Phenix City, AL to the late William W. Clegg and Maggie Gillespie. After marrying Herbert A. Conner, Patricia's life became a testament to the joy of homemaking and the profound love she had for raising her children.
Other than her parents, Patricia is predeceased by her husband, Herbert A. Conner, daughter, Cynitha Eileen, son, Tracy Conner and brother, William Clegg.
Patricia is survived by her son Roger Conner (Lori) of Cataula, GA, grandchildren, Kristen Elia (Adam), Kathryn Conner, Alicia McGlamory (Gary), Elena Morales (Roberto), Hugh Weldon (Megan), Lindsay Nance (James) all of Columbus, GA and nine great grandchildren.
