Patricia Earl Goodroe Bowman

In fond remembrance of Patricia Earl Goodroe Bowman, 81, departed this world January 3, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 6, 2024 in the chapel of McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Andy Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service at the funeral home, 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus, GA 31907. A private interment will be held at Parkhill Cemetery.

Patricia was born March 17, 1942 in Columbus, GA to the late Earl, and Janette Farris. A woman of unwavering faith and a radiant spirit, Patricia was a pillar of strength and goodness. Her Godly presence touched the lives of all who knew her, leaving an incredible mark on the hearts of family and friends. She had a servant heart and did countless ministries through out her life, serving at Edgewood Baptist Church and leading various outreaches. She left a lasting impression on everyone she met, greeting them with a wide smile and sweet spirit.

Patricia now joins her beloved husband, Bill Bowman, in eternal rest. Other than her parents she is preceded in death by her sister, Carol Farris and niece, Christy Hall.

Patricia leaves behind a legacy of love and faith. She is survived by her devoted sons, Donald Goodroe, Jeff Goodroe, Greg Goodroe (Sonya). She will forever be remembered through her cherished grandchildren, Ashley Winstead (John), Clayton Goodroe (Courtney), Greg Goodroe, Jessica Moody (Ben) and Katelyn Goodroe, great-grandchildren, Kayla, JD, Waverly, Sutton, Brooks, Oakley, Palmer, Leighton, and Hattie Belle, sister, Barbara Farris Sollberger, niece, Stefanie Snyder, as well as many loving friends and other family members.

We will always love you a bushel and a peck and a hug around the neck.
