Sue was born on June 12, 1949, in Opp, AL, Sue's radiant spirit and unwavering kindness throughout her 75 years left an indelible mark on all who knew her. She was the beloved daughter of her late parents Hubert and Susie Edwards, a cherished sister to Mickey Edwards, a devoted mother to Kevin Peoples, and an adoring mother-in-law to Robin Peoples. Her role as "Grandma" to her treasured grandchildren, Kinley, Gevin, and Remington, was one she held with immeasurable pride and joy. The love and lessons she imparted will continue to guide them throughout their lives.
A graduate of University of Houston, Sue earned her BBA in Accounting, a field in which she excelled and found great satisfaction. Her job as an Office Administrator at MD Solutions was marked by her dedication, intelligence, and the warmth she extended to colleagues and clients alike. Sue's professional life was not just about numbers and spreadsheets; it was about the relationships she built and the community she served.
Sue's faith was a cornerstone of her life, and her involvement in church activities reflected her commitment to her beliefs and her community. Her generosity knew no bounds, as she gave freely of her time, talents, and resources. Those who knew Sue would speak of her loving nature, always placing the needs of others before her own, and her intelligent approach to problem-solving, which made her an invaluable friend and confidant.
