Nicole Delay 29, of Columbus died Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Columbus Hospice House after a long courageous fight against breast cancer.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Wynnbrook Baptist Church with Dr. Kevin Calhoun officiating. A reception with visitation will be held immediately following the service in the fellowship hall. Nicole donated her body to science to help save others lives according to McMullen Funeral Home and Crematory 3874 Gentian Blvd. Columbus.
Nicole was born Feb 22, 1988 in Plantation, Fl. daughter of Cindy and Ronnie Carroll and John and Myra Delay. She graduated from Hardaway High School in 2006 and was involved in the food industries where she was a manager of Buffalo Wild Wings and Hooters of America. Known by her co-workers at Hooters as "Mama Hoot", she cared for all her co-workers and life in general. She loved music, all her animals and loved people.
Survivors include her son, Kristopher, the love of her life Michael Cooper, her mother, Cindy and Ronnie Carroll, her father, John and Myra Delay, sisters, Renee Delay, Traci Condon, Sarah Green and her brother Toby Carroll.
